When the day melbourne is one hour closer to malaysia, CaMeLoDy wake up early (5am) in the morning just to do something meaningful.

I am going to participate in run for the kids! (for full story on event, read http://www.runforthekids.com.au/) and Melody is going to be volunteer on the event. I have participated in a white zone aka 5.7km walk.

Why we need to wake up that early?! the event start at 8am but Weribee public transport won't get us there until 8:30am (poor services on weekend!), we need to drive in early to find a free parking along the road (this is kiam siap way).

When we are there around 6am, the parking start filling up and luckily we just got a parking spot next to the event! Hurray!!

First, go to toilet before the run, after come out, I feel i am at least 2kg lighter! :P

the most hilarous thing is before i able to step on the start, the first runner actually finish the half 8 and meet us at the starting point ...

The walk started! Initially three of us start walking. Ming start to run after 0.5km and told me to meet in front. I continue walking and Alex accompanied me until 2.5km and he want to start jogging so left myself to continue my journey!

I am nearly there.. gee, it is a uphill!

圣祺士 Tomb Rider

Location: Tanjung Malim, Perak

颗颗豆大的泥浆溅在皮皮的脸上。满头淋漓的汗水瞬间就模糊了泥泞。皮皮握紧扶手，不停地踩动泥浆裹着的踏板，来不及抹拭汗水和泥泞。脚踏车在泥泞山坡路上颠颇，划过一条一条的轮胎印。
Muddy droplets splashed all over PiPi's face. Sweat immediately mixed up with these muds. No time to wipe them off, PiPi held on to the handle tightly, and pedalled furiously. The bicycle went up and down, leaving behind a track on the bumpy road.



进入橡胶林时，扑鼻的橡胶味，夹杂着牛屎味。橡胶林里的路凹凸不平，忽坑忽陷，皮皮不管三七二十一地见坑就越，见屎就闪。一颠一坡下屁股几乎麻痹了。双手开始不能扶直前轮，脚踏车弯弯曲曲般地前进。泥泞路湿漉漉的泥团让轮胎老是打滑。突然轮胎陷入泥坑，皮皮只好伸出脚去支撑。结果，整只鞋子都陷入烂泥里了。顾不得感觉多么的粘塌塌，皮皮猛地将脚踏车推前，继续向前踩。
Entering the rubber plantation, PiPi sensed the pungent smell of rubber latex and cow dungs. The road was even more bumpy, with potholes here and there. PiPi rode on through these potholes, trying hard to avoid the cow dungs. Her buttock was almost numb with these impacts. Both her hands weakened and could not hold the handle straight. The bicycle started to go zic-zac. The tyres skidded on the slippery roads every now and then. Suddenly, the tyre sunk into a pothole. PiPi tried to stabilise with her foot. Her entire shoe was covered with mud. Ignoring the sticky feeling, PiPi pushed the bicycle forward and carried on.



过了橡胶林，体力上的折磨才正要开始。路依旧凹凸不平，但是越进入深林处，路就越陡峻。皮皮将脚踏车的牙数换至最轻，使劲地踩动着经已使不出力的双腿，硬撑过了几个斜坡。皮皮喘着上气接不了下气，只好下车推车了。脚踏车在用推时，显得特别重。可是要踩的话，皮皮的腿更重。于是推着脚踏车，越过了几个看不到对头的斜坡。皮皮挣扎地到达小溪旁---我们的歇息站。
After the rubber plantation was crossed, the stamina ordeal began. The road continued to be undulating. Further into the forest, the road got steeper. PiPi changed to the lightest gear, and tried to pedal with the two weak legs. After a few steep slopes, PiPi was breathless and exhausted. PiPi gave up cycling and started to push the bicycle. Now, the bicycle was even heavier to push, and PiPi's legs became heavier to move. While pushing the bicycle over more slopes, PiPi struggled to reach the riverside --- the designated rest point.



皮皮喝了满满一口又一口的溪水，溪水香甜地滋润着干涩的喉咙，沁凉心扉。小溪两旁的树高耸入云，皮皮坐在小溪里的树荫下，凉爽的溪水将全身的疲劳一洗而空。
PiPi drank mouthful of river water. It was sweet and chilled, soothing her dry throat. On both sides of the river, there were tall trees. PiPi sat under the shade of these trees. The cold river water washed away her tiredness.





精神稍微恢复后就继续上路回程。要越过小溪，皮皮将脚踏车扛在肩上。小溪的水流看似不急，但是脚踏车被对冲下显得很沉重。水里的石头滑得鞋子吃不了力。扛着脚踏车让体重增加不少，水流显得将我们冲不倒有点不耐烦。扛着脚踏车让体力消耗不少，皮皮好不容易过了小溪。
After the short rest, it was time to go back. In order to cross the river, PiPi carried the bicycle on her shoulders. The river did not appear to be fast flowing, the bicycle was a heavy load nevertheless. The riverbed stones were slippery for her shoes to thread on. The bicycle on her shoulders increased the total weight that PiPi needed to succumb. Quickly, PiPi's energy was consumed. It was a real struggle fo PiPi to cross the river.

之前的上坡路，都成了小坡路。皮皮兴奋地让脚踏车径直向下冲。却忘了路上的坑坑洞洞。当看到一个超大的坑洞过不了，却已经闪避不及。皮皮紧急地按上后轮的刹车。后轮竟然在这下突然刹车而腾空。皮皮来不及做出任何反应时，已经和脚踏车一起被腾空抛开。头盔狠狠地着地，接着右肩膀带着全身也重重地跌撞在斜坡上。疼痛侵袭全身，泥浆溅到满身。没有无谓的呻吟，没有多余的牢骚，皮皮站了起来。全身增加了无数的泥桨，多处的伤痕。顾不上肮脏或疼痛，皮皮得赶紧追上已经绝尘而去的车友们。
Previously it was uphill. Now it was downhill all the way. PiPi excitedly allowed the bicycle to charge down freely, ignoring the potholes. By the time PiPi realized there was a huge hole, it was too late. PiPi quickly braked. The back wheel tilted and PiPi was thrown to the ground. Her helmet landed first, then her right shoulder, followed by the rest of her body. Mud splashed everywhere. No time to bitch and moan, PiPi stood up, feeling pain all over the body. PiPi did not think about the dirt or pain. Pipi had to catch up with the rest of the team.

接着下来都是精神上的考验。下坡路不敢冲得太放肆，刹车键按到极点时轮胎更加容易在下坡时打滑。除了疲惫的身躯，双脚越来越不听使唤，快踩不动了，心里更加着急。肩膀的酸痛，手臂的磨损，都在催促皮皮踩快一点，心里更加慌。哪怕速度有多慢，皮皮都不敢停下来。皮皮可不想被遗留在深林处。。。。。。
Next was a test of endurance. This time, PiPi was very careful, not to simply charge down the slopes. Applying the brake too hard would cause the tyre to slid. Not only the body was exhausted, the feet were out of control and too weak to pedal. The stiffness in the shoulders and the pain in the arms urged PiPi to ride on. PiPi was worried and anxious. Maybe slow, PiPi dared not stop. PiPi did not want to be left behind, alone in a forest ... ...

皮皮打着呼噜，抱着柔软的抱枕，睡得很甜。。。。。。
Now snoring and hugging the soft pillow, PiPi was sound asleep in comfort ... ...

简单爱 Simply Lovable

季候风下岗了。叮之岛的沙滩依旧白皑皑，海水依然清澈澈。天空落着毛毛细雨，淅淅沥沥抒发忧郁的心情。海浪轻轻抚摸岸滩，拂拂络络哼述轻松的歌调。我 ----- 聆听大自然的弦外之音。
Monsoon wind had finally stopped. Sandy beach in Tinggi Island remained whitish; sea water remained clear. Tiny threads of rain fell from the sky, relieving the onlooker's depressed sentiment. Sea waves stroke the beach, in a light and relaxing tune. Pipi --- listened to this sound of nature.

原来潜水可以这么样。。。 oh, diving could be done this way ...
沉船，沉浸在深海。汹涌的浪潮似乎在为沉船顶着“请勿打扰”的告示牌，打发不请自来的干扰者。当我们从船上跃入海水后，必须尽快游向预设好的浮标。浮标被浪吹得东飘西荡。紧紧盯着的浮标，担忧浮标就在眨眼瞬间消失在视线范围。心理准备了最坏的打算--我们极有可能被冲离浮标，甚至到无边无际的海域。
Ship wreck was hidden deep under the sea. Gushing waves chased intruders away, as if placing "do not disturb" sign for the ship wreck. After we had dived into the water, we swam quickly towards a pre-determined bouy. The bouy was swaying with sea waves. We kept our eyes fixed on it, being afraid that it might vanish in a blink of our eyes. Psychologically prepared for the worst -- that we might be carried away from the bouy into the endless sea.



好不容易握上了浮标系着的麻绳，我松了口气。巴蒂们都紧握着麻绳，深深感受到浪狠狠地想将我们冲散。沉船的逐客令如此地不留情，却没有将不速之客吓退。眼前手握着的麻绳是我们唯一的领航。在互比手势后，我们慢慢下潜。下潜时看不到麻绳的尽头，也几乎看不到其他潜水员。盯着潜水表上显示的深度缓缓加深。麻绳的另一端，静谧的沉船正在沉睡着，没有察觉我们已经开始窥视她的神秘幕纱。
Touching the rope on the buoy after much struggles, I let out a breath of relief. All buddies grasped tightly the rope, realizing that strong currents could separate us. The "get-lost" wish of the ship wreck continued mercilessly, trying to send these intruders away. Holding on to the rope is all that we could do now. After giving descending signal to one other, we slowly descended. Upon descent, we could not see the end of the rope, and other dive buddies. The dive meter indicated the depth of the dive was increasing gradually. At the other end of the rope, a ship wreck was asleep, not knowing its mysterious veil was about to be unfolded.



应该是艘渔船吧。相当完整地沉淀。稳重地睡落在海床上。曾经沧海的船哪，已经被珊瑚吞噬占为己有。当下，沉船依旧壮观，反成了海底生物的乐园。丰富的珊瑚们为斑驳的船身披上了外衣，担心沉船在如此寒凉的深海处会颤抖。大大小小的鱼儿们为沉船作伴，牵挂沉船在如此孤单的每一天会寂寞。珊瑚和鱼儿时而环绕着沉船歌唱。在悦耳的摇篮曲下沉船悠悠而眠。沉船睡得很香很甜，梦见自己顶着风浪，在海上闯荡，享受阳光的普照。。。。
It could be a fishing boat. Pretty much in one piece, the ship wreck steadily parked itself on the seabed. The ship wreck was consumed by corals. Right now, the sunken boat was spectacular, and had become a happy playground for underwater creatures. Colorful coral dressed the ship wreck with a pull over, as if she might catch a cold from the chilly sea. Fishes, of different sizes, accompanied the ship wreck, so that the single boat would not be lonely each day. Coral and fishes sang around the ship wreck. And the sunken boat slept under this lullaby. Sunken boat was asleep soundly and sweetly, dreaming that she is sailing on the sea, bracing wind and waves, and enjoying the warm sunlight.....

巨人探索小鱼国 Giant Exploring the Micro World

古早以前，地球还是一个水球，火山淹埋在海里。而细胞们都聚集在火山处形成一个个小村子。火山惊天动地爆发的溶岩富含了可以喂饱无数细菌的矿物质。要能够活着度过火山无情的爆发，并不是件易事。成功生存的，或是侥幸，或是不泛之辈。至少在严峻的考验后，就是任吃不怒的自助餐了！
Ages ago, the earth was still a water globe. Volcanoes were somehow buried under the sea. Single cell organisms lived around the volcanoes and colonies were formed. The lava of the erupted volcanoes was rich in minerals that fed billions and billions of these organisms. It was not easy to survive a volcanic eruption. For those who survived, by luck or by inner capability, there will be an all-you-can-eat feast after each volcanic eruption.

纵使火山处有丰盛的享宴，有一天，单细胞们似乎受够了火山要命的考验，于是它们慢慢地（或许几千年，或许几万年，抑或许几亿年的时间）进化以便承受火山的凌辱。就这样，从单细胞进化到双细胞，再从双细胞进化到多细胞。更强的就干脆进化成大的生物（就好比鲨鱼，海豚等）游离火山到别处觅食。至于留守在火山处的可能相当满足于火山所能提供的食物，于是乎就仅仅是进化到一定的形态以承受火山爆发的蹂躏，继续都留在火山处，形成了小鱼国。马纳多就是其中一个小鱼国。
In spite of these wholesome feasts provided after volcanic eruptions, these organisms eventually evolved i.e. from single cell to double cells, then to multiple cells. Survival of the fittest. Those fittest would evolve to larger species such as sharks, dolphins etc which left these volcanic regions. Those remaining continued to feed on the rich volcanic lava. Manado is one of these volcanic regions with these so-called Micro Worlds.


这里乌黑的沙滩见证了火山爆发，见证了细胞们的进化。要在淤泥里潜水，最令皮皮头疼的是必须尽量不让蛙鞋因为踢动而掀起黑沙滚滚。尤其是位于摄影范围之内，搞不好的话还会被驱逐呢。
The black mucky sea floor resulted from the volcanic eruptions. When diving, PiPi was careful so that my foot fins would not stir up the muck. When there are other photographers around, they may chase me away for affecting their photograph taking!

小鱼国的生物要有多小就有多小。最小的海马竟然比鼻屎还要小几倍。这些小到连肉眼都几乎看不清楚的小家伙都寄居在珊瑚上。所以在大海茫茫里，要找到小鼻屎就先找到它的居家咯。你看到了吗？
The living organisms in the Micro World are really tiny. A pigmy seahorse is even smaller than a peanut! They are so small that you probably do not notice them. They simply lived and clamped onto corals. So, one sure way of viewing them will be to look at the corals carefully. Can you spot any of them?

比小鼻屎稍微大些的海马，差不多有半个拇指般大小。用它的尾巴将自己钩在珊瑚上，对皮皮的照相感到害臊。
This seahorse is slightly larger than a peanut, about the size of half a thumb. It clamped onto the coral with its tail. It is camera-shy.

随处可见的蝎鱼，像蝎一般的毒。好几次因为顾着照相，差点就要被蝎鱼给叮上呢。在海里，凡是色泽艳丽的都得特别提防。没有攻击性的一般都会和环境维持类似的肤色，毫不突出地掩饰自己的存在。
Scorpion fish is a common species in Manado (underwater of course). As the name suggests, it is as poisonous as a scorpion. On several occasions, PiPi was nearly stung by it, because PiPi was too absorbed in my photographing. Underwater, beautiful organism can be dangerous. Those harmless organism normally has the same color as that of the environment. This is to avoid being noticed (camouflaged).

蛇般的鳗鱼老是躲藏在洞里，露出头来嘴巴一张一合，皮皮这些潜水新手会因为能够找到和照到而感到暗爽。
Eel fish always hide inside a pot hole. When it came out, PiPi could see its mouth closing and opening. Do you think it is marvelous? Rookie like PiPi was proud to have captured this scene on camera.

顶着苍蝇眼的七彩虾舞动着毛子。这也是个爱缩进洞里的家伙。
Fly-eyed Shrimp waving its hands to say HELLO. This is also a hole hiding creature.

凡是看过‘海底总动员’的，应该都喜欢尼莫吧。至少皮皮就超喜欢尼莫了。只要一接近，它们防备性的攻击就会翩翩起舞了。几乎每个潜点都会看到的尼莫，对潜水老卡而言，是不屑一顾的了。
For those who had watched the movie 'Finding Nemo', you will definitely love Nemos. Well, at least PiPi loves Nemo. Whenever we go near them, they will go on the defensive. Almost at every dive site, there are Nemos. Only Rookie like PiPi will be vowed.

在倍受火山摧残下，这里的海洋有点像是个沙漠。要能找上像样的珊瑚好比在沙漠里寻找绿洲。固然如此，这里的小家伙有能耐撑过火山爆发，自然有值得探索之处。倘若你很想看看这些小家伙到底有多小有多强，就要到马纳多走一圈啦。
Due to the volcanic eruption, the undersea world here is like a desert. To find a good looking coral is like searching for water in a desert. Even so, the living organisms in Micro World manage to survive, so there are always something to explore. If you like to see how tiny and how tough the Micro World creatures are, you really gotta go'round the Manado. Hurray!

新加坡夜间动物园 Singapore Night Safari
夜幕的面纱为夜间动物园增添了神秘的悸动。感觉野生动物在夜光下特别凶猛，我们也特别期待可以目睹野生动物夜间的另类生活。
The night is always full of mysterious. Wild animals are wilder in the dark. We looking forward to witness the extraordinary life of the wild at night.

对不起，没有照片 Sorry, No Flash!
基于闪光灯对动物们的眼睛会造成严重伤害（长期的刺眼光芒会导致失明），我们都不允许启用闪光灯照相。没有闪光灯照的相--乌漆麻黑。
The flash will hurt the animals eye in a long run (probably become blind), hence, we are not allowed to use any flash for photography. Well, no flash = no photo ;p

列车游行 Tram Jalan-Jalan
漆上动物皮的列车徐徐地环绕了整个野生动物园。可惜列车轨道建得离开动物略远，加上列车步步前行毫无停顿，我们走马看物地绕了一圈后，实在意犹未尽。
The tram brought us to checkout the animals. However, the tram track is a bit too far from the animals, and the tram don't really stop. We quickly glance here and there and still missed out a spoonful.

猎鱼猫 Fishing Cats
小溪里蹦蹦跳跳着好多肥实的鱼儿，小溪边蓄势待发着三只猎鱼豹。猎鱼豹体积当然比我们家里的猫大上好几倍咯。但和一般的豹相比确实是小了许多。也因为如此的体积悬殊，猎鱼豹便索性猎取水里的鱼为食了（也因此而得其名）。哦！我们紧张地眼睛都不敢眨，心想着快要可以亲眼见证猎鱼豹猎食的经过咯！
The fish jumping lively in the river, the riverside standing three fishing cats waiting for the right moment to attack. Fishing cats, of course, are so much larger than our home cats. But as compared to other big cats, they are very small. Perhaps this is why the fishing cats have to hunt the fish (and this is how they got their name too). Wow! We stared and we waited. Thinking that we are just about to witness the hunt of the fishing cats!

等着等着。。。溪里的鱼儿依旧蹦蹦跳跳，溪边的猎鱼豹维持蓄势待发。。。我们放弃了等待，往下个站走去。。。
We waited for so long...the fish in the river still jumping lively, the fishing cats beside the river still readying for a catch... our patience finally exhausted, so we left and continue our journey...

马来豹 Malayan Leopard
瞭望台就在马来豹歇息处。隔着玻璃，我们看到马来豹慵懒地躺着。马来豹体积有一个大胖子这么大。豹纹鲜艳地印咯在柔美的毛皮上。我们刚好也走累了，于是随意地在玻璃旁坐了下来。说时迟，那时快，不晓得是不是大胖子看起来特别可口，抑或是坐着的我们看起来比较容易猎取，马来豹竟然站起来，紧贴着玻璃徘徊。我们将头贴近玻璃，和马来豹面对面，清楚地看见它晶莹剔透的双眸里的自己。虽然隔着层玻璃，马来豹的凶猛从它的眉目之间透射我们的心盼。
We lookout the Malayan Leopard at his shelter. Over the glass, the Malayan Leopard lazing on the floor. The Malayan Leopard is just as huge as Fatty da Teddy. The spots colourfully dotted on his fine fur. Somehow we are quite tired, so we sit down beside the glass for a rest. Out of a sudden (maybe Fatty da Teddy looks delicious, or we look very much like a food to him while we are sitting), the Malayan Leopard stand up and approached to the glass. We have our heads closed to the glass, faced up with the Malayan Leopard. Clearly we see ourseleves in his crystal clear eyes. Although we are apart by the glass, the Malayan Leopard fiercefully glanced us thru the glass.

扑通扑通。。。我的心迅速地跳动，不晓得马来豹听见了吗。。。
My heart beats speed-up, I wonder if the Malayan Leopard heard me...

对体积庞大的动物莫名的憧憬，加上晚上黑茫茫的神秘兮兮，全程我都紧绷着神经，生怕错过了任何精彩的片头。如果你也喜欢野生动物，如果你也很好奇夜里的动物在干啥，不妨就走一趟咯。
Throughout the whole journey, I'm so excited to see my favourite big cats in the dark. If you like wild animals, if you are curious what are the animals doing at night, just check it out!

HOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO....MERRY CHRISTMAS

Got this superhumorous mask from Black Head da Pig. The eyes pop-out and peal the christmas bell to celebrate happiness and joy! Btw, the gigantic teeth stuck into my mouth kinda painful. Ouch!


My first christmas party with a whole turkey from Fatty da Teddy. The turkey looked dry but it is damm juicy. Surprisingly smooth and melted in your mouth.

There were lots of nosh at the party! We have baked potato, tuna biscuit, pizza, turkey meatloaf, fried squid and also a must-try mango pudding*.
* Mango pudding sincerely prepared by Black Head da Pig. Although the mango is sour, the pudding is no Q-ish, the milk is not sweet..oops....not as horrible as it sound. I like it, coz I has a penchant for sour mango? AHAHAHAHHAHA.....











Needless to say, gift exchange session is always the most palpitate part (exciting to get a favourable gift, or terrifying to get a lullysilly gift, WHAT HAVE YOU GOT ;p). Most unexpected gift is for Fatty da Teddy, he got a WHITTENING MASK (it seems that he needed it the most), AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH. Black Head da Pig is the biggest winner, by getting the gift from Spongebob, and a sidebet jumbo cash prize of RM50!!!! What a good way to start their brand new year!!!

The orotund tones of the christmas songs diminishing gently in my dream.

怡保家家愉 Family Fun Ipoh Trip

都已经忘了最后一次和一家人去旅行是什么时候。。。
When was the last time we went for a trip ... ... ??? ???

那个头低低的男人头就是皮皮我咯！脸带笑容穿着黄衣的小男生就是胖胖（当时是瘦瘦）。至于普普嘛，还要被人抱咯。
The tomboyish girl with her head down was me! Cheerful boy with yellow shirt was Ponpon (alright, that time he was skinny). And Putput was still a toddle.

原来我真的老爱自得其乐。。。。哈哈哈哈。。。。
Hahahaha....seemed that I really enjoyed myself....

这次趁着华师父从老美回来度假，兴致勃勃地召集了所有林家人，浩浩荡荡地到怡保医饱肚皮。
Since Shifu Hua is backed from US for holiday, we take this opportunity to gather the Lims for Ipoh makan-makan trip.

玩玩乐 Playful Joy
霹雳洞 Perak Cave

早年霹雳洞只是一个采矿地。在这里挖到了不少银，所以取名为霹雳洞(音译马来语的银-Perak）。当地的华人也叫这里为银州。类似黑风洞，墙上都画满了神像，沿着洞形而造的梯级。只是这里没有满树的猴子，没有满洞的蝙蝠，没有满地的蝙蝠屎。
Perak Cave used to be a mining area. Silver was found here. That's why it is named - Perak Cave (Perak is silver in Bahasa Malaysia). The locals also called this place Silver State. Similar to the Batu Caves, drawings of Gods are on the walls, the staircases are constructed along the shape of the cave. Well, there is no monkeys all over the trees, no bats all over the cave, no bats' shits all over the floor.

爬出洞顶，别有洞天。可以眺望霹雳洞外部的峻伟，可以引来习习凉风的洗礼。我们还亲眼目睹了蛇吞蛙的情景，触目惊心。
A whole new world out of the cave. Gigantic outlook and cooling wind, all the efforts to climb up there paid up. Witnessing a snake swallowing a frog appalled us.











观音洞 GuanYin Cave




仿效香港的许愿树，这里有个许愿舟。买了个宝碟，在上面写下愿望，希望掷挂树上可以美梦成真。大部分的人都是掷了好几下才能顺利将宝碟挂在树上。或许能解释为到底要努力多少次，才能实现宝碟上写着的愿望咯。
Just like the wishing tree in HongKong, there is a wishing boat here. We have to buy a wishing plate (made by orange and praying papers), and write the wish on the praying papers. This wishing plate has to be thrown and hang on the tree. If it is hung there, all the wishes written on the plate will come true (no guarantee ;p). Most of them have to throw a few times to get it hung. Probably this means how many times of trying is needed for the wish to come true.





温泉 Hot Spring


把脚泡在热而不烫的泉水里，脚舒服地几乎溶化，身体的疲惫也一洗而去。温泉水最滚烫的出口连蛋也能煮熟。所以泡了差不多二十分钟，我也适可而止了。美中不足的是下起了雨，撑着雨伞，拎着背包，确实有点不能尽兴。
The spring water is comfortably hot. Putting my leg inside the water, all the tiredness melted. I didn't stay for long as eggs can be boiled in the water. Unfavoured part is the rain! Holding an umbralla and carrying a bag definitely let me down.

吃吃爽 Makan-makan
怡保河粉 Ipoh Horfan
滑而爽口的河粉，配上肥而不腻的白切鸡，还有萃萃的豆芽菜。难怪河粉还是怡保的最好吃咯。
Smoothy Horfan, fat but not oily chicken, and chrispy tauge. No wonder Ipoh's Horfan is the best!
