由于大家都有点忙，车队（哦，听起来还蛮专业的说)休息了近5个月了。腰上的轮胎和铁马的一般全泻了气。
Since everyone was pretty busy lately, so our team (oh, this sounded professional) rested for nearly 5 months. The "tyre" on PiPi's waist was as flat like the bike's.
这次的入场，是道人踏出来的小径。没有上坡下山，纯粹是凹凸不平的颠簸，泥泞烂浆的践踏，还有被树枝狠狠地往脸上划出的巴掌印。牙数的运用歇除了体力上的吃重，皮皮还蛮轻松地抵达休息站。大家也不太累，小歇了一会儿，就往回程去了。
This time, we entered from a small track. No up or down, just plain bumpy and muddy. Extended branches hit hard on our faces.Using bicycle gears reduced the demand for stamina. PiPi reached the rest point quite easily. Others were not tired as well, so we decided to have a quick rest and returned.
回程都是大家最爱的下坡，皮皮除外。前晚的大雨把下坡淋得稀吧烂，轮胎超容易打滑。加上积水影响视觉的判断，好几次皮皮都撞向深坑。下坡对皮皮而言，一向都是费力费精神的挑战。这次皮皮尝试减少刹车，勇敢地随坡而下，双手紧紧地握着抖的超夸张的扶手，感觉到铁马好像随时就要爆开。当双手都麻痹得很，屁股也颠得快开花时，皮皮回到了正常的道路上，呼啸而过。
The return track meant going downhill - everyone's favourite, except for PiPi. Last night rainfall had messed up the hill, and our tyres could slip easily. Water in potholes affected our visual judgment. On several occasion, PiPi almost crashed into deep potholes. For PiP, this was definitely a demanding and taxing challenge. Anyway, PiPi avoided applying the brake, and bravely descended the slope. Both hands held tightly onto the shaky handles, PiPi could feel the bike was about to blow apart. Both hands were already numb, and buttock bumped. At last, PiPi was back on the normal track, whisking along.
花絮：休战期间，好多道具的失修了。最离谱的是鞋底完全脱落。穿着布鞋踏着铁板真得不好受，“是时候换新鞋咯！”队长说道。
P/S: After the long rest period, many equipment had "retired". The worst was that the shoe pads fell off. Stepping on metal pedals with canvas shoes was a torture. "It is time to change to a new shoe loh!" Captain said.

豆腐花
Hallo~~~大家有没有想念我的recipe啊?
前阵子忙着考试没有时间写blog。。。现在假期了，把之前做的《豆腐花》写了下来。。。
这个就是我弄的豆腐花。还记不记得那个叫卖声？“豆腐花~~豆浆水~~bopebopebope”
是的，要做豆腐花，首先就要弄豆浆水，再把它凝固，就变成了豆腐花。
所以基本材料有：黄豆，水和凝固剂。

平时的话，凝固剂通常是用石膏，主要化学成分是硫酸钙（CaSO4）。。。
制作方法可以看wikipedia:
豆花製作須先將黃豆浸泡，依品種或個人喜好約4至8小時不等，俟黃豆吸飽水份後再加以打漿、濾渣、煮滾，復降溫至90℃。
最後步驟稱為「沖豆花」，意即需沖入凝固劑豆漿後再靜置5至15分鐘才能完成。而豆花美味的技巧就出於豆漿與凝固劑融合的溫度控制，以及沖豆花的速度與技巧。
但是我又不知道要在哪里弄石膏回来。。。突发奇想，用鸡蛋当作凝固剂怎样？
这个是四粒鸡蛋。。。(读者：“我有眼睛看”）
再把它搅匀。。。(读者：“这个我也看得出”）
再把降温后的豆浆水倒进去，加糖再搅匀。。。
这里的降温要降到比较低，不然倒进去就蛋会熟，就马上凝固变成蛋花了。。。
然后再拿去蒸。。。
为了不让水滴太多进去你的豆腐花，可以在盖上包一层布，蒸其他东西也可以这样做来控制水分。。。
在等的过程中，我们可以弄一下超浓糖水来配豆腐花，就是少少水加多多糖，让它加热到溶化就可以了。。。
这个就是蒸好的豆腐花。。。
挖一些出来。。。
放在碗里，加糖水。。。好了~~
用鸡蛋弄的，火候要控制的很好才可以蒸熟又不要太熟。。。太熟就会像这样一粒粒洞。。。不熟就不凝固。。。
但是吃起来还是有豆腐花的味道的。。:P
你最珍贵 Preciously Redang
热情的浪雀跃地环绕着小岛翩翩起舞。这个岛的浪是热的。天是蓝的，海是蓝的，而皮皮是红的（晒得红彤彤）。第一次（也是最后一次）到热浪岛已是4年前的事了。
Waves surrounding the island danced passionately. Waves were hot. The sky was blue, the sea was blue, yet PiPi was red (because of sun-burn). The first and last time when PiPi visited Redang was 4 years ago.

在这里，曾经献上了皮皮的第一次---潜水初体验。潜水这玩意儿真的是见仁见智的活动。沁就不太喜欢了---她坚持自己是属于陆地的。而皮皮 。。。。。。
Here, PiPi had her very 1st time -- of scuba diving. Scuba diving really is a very subjective activity. Sum did not like it at all -- She declared firmly that she belongs to the land. However, PiPi begged to differ.... ...

多年以后，再次到热浪岛来。热浪岛的人没变，还是一样的热情。热浪岛的鱼没变，还是一样的热情。这次皮皮不在乎住宿的舒适，不在乎酒店的设施，皮皮只在乎海里的活宝们。
Few years later, PiPi was back at Redang again. The people had not changed, with the same passion. Even the fish had not changed, with the same passion. This time, PiPi did not mind about the comfort of accommodation, and did not mind about the facilities of the resort. What mattered most was the treasures under the sea.
这次找了Gipsy Divers当响导。原本打算去曦潜，却因为前一晚热闹的派对而睡过了日出。匆匆地吃过了早饭后，就换上了潜水衣并开始装备。8点钟的海风还是冷咧咧地，海水却是暖和的。由于海面潮水波动幅度相当大，大家跃入海水后，径自下潜等候。人齐后，大家沿着珊瑚壁，顺着潮水流向，往北而去。没一会儿，皮皮依稀看到一个巨型的身躯，形状古怪的在海床上匍匐。渐游渐近时，皮皮看清楚了她的轮廓--是海龟啊！！大家都放轻呼吸，皮皮固然是欣喜若狂，可不敢轻举妄动，皮皮可不想因为赶走了海龟而成为千夫所指。大家抓紧时机，猛按相机快门。皮皮的傻瓜相机在远处也照不了什么好样儿的的，索性静静地欣赏海龟的一举一动。或许大家的热情让海龟受不了，她快速地游离我们了。
This time, PiPi dived with the Gipsy Divers. Our initial plan was to dive at dawn. We all missed it because of a late night and crazy party. So, we quickly had our breakfast. We changed into our wetsuits and started assembling the equipment. The wind was still cold at 8am, but the sea water was warm. As the surface current was strong, we descended immediately and gathered under the water. After assembly, we followed the reef wall on our left, and allowed the current to push us towards the north. Soon, PiPi noticed a giant figure crawling on the seabed. When PiPi got closer to the creature, Pipi realized it was a sea turtle!! Everyone held their breathing. Of course, PiPi was excited, but PiPi did not approach the sea turtle any nearer. PiPi did not want to scare the sea turtle away and received blame from other buddies. Everyone started taking pictures of the sea turtle. From such a distance, PiPi's compact camera was practically useless. So, PiPi simply relaxed and enjoyed her every move. Perhaps, the sea turtle couldn't stand our excitement, and she quickly swam away.
大家继续在珊瑚壁寻找活宝。皮皮认真地照起相来--皮皮的最爱‘尼莫’，魔鬼鱼，兔蒂。。。皮皮照得不亦乐乎，缓慢的进度竟然被大伙给遗留在后头。皮皮醒觉后四处张望却看不见一双蛙鞋，映入眼帘的竟是海龟啊~~她轻松地游向皮皮后，就在皮皮跟前的珊瑚上停住。皮皮和海龟互相对看，她眨了眨眼就游开。当皮皮还在犹豫着是否跟上前，或是去寻找失散的伙伴时，海龟回头看了皮皮。她可能了解到皮皮的窘境，又转头回到皮皮的跟前。皮皮好想拥她进入怀里。这短短的几分钟，是多么的美妙啊。
We continued to search for more treasures on the reef wall. PiPi started seriously to take more photographs of PiPi's all-time favourite 'Nemo', stingray, nudibranch ... While PiPi enjoyed her photo shooting, she was not ware being left behind. Suddenly, not even one fin was in sight. Then, Pipi spotted the sea turtle again -- it had softly swum close to PiPi and stopped on the reef right in front of PiPi. She gazed at PiPi and PiPi looked her in her eyes. She blinked and swam away. PiPi hesitated whether to follow, or to catch up with other dive buddies. She turned back, taking note of PiPi's hesitance. She once again returned to PiPi. PiPi wanted to hug her so much. This was indeed a wonderful moment.
热浪岛总是让皮皮有所惊喜。这次和海龟的亲密接触是最珍贵的回忆了。
Redang always surprised PiPi. This time, close encounter with the sea turtle will make memory even fonder.

90度笔直的灰墙上，布满了繁星般的石块，凌乱中带有可依循的次序。
On the perpendicular gray wall, many rocks littered here and there like stars in the sky. They appeared random, but there was a certain hidden pattern formation.
皮皮猪娘似地攀附在墙上的最顶端，双手各自勉强地抓着尚有凹口可吃力的小石头。双脚牵强地踏着随脚可及的小石块。双手逐渐使不出劲来，皮皮在10米高处摇摇欲坠。好想松开双手之际，皮皮悄悄地往下一望，下面的人几乎像积木人的大小了。如果从这么高处掉落到地面，自由落体速度会有多快呢？活命的机率又有多少呢？皮皮犹豫着是否该放手，不禁懊恼自己到底是怎么爬上来咧。
PiPi climbed towards the top of the wall. Both her hands grasped feebly onto any protruding edge of a rock. Both her legs simply stepped on any rock, looking for body-weight support. After a while, when both her hands lost the holding strength, PiPi was already at a height of 10m from the ground. PiPi was weak now, almost ready to fall anytime. PiPi felt like letting go her hands. When PiPi looked down, the people below appeared as small as Lego toys. From such a height, what will be the speed of the free-fall? What's the chance of surviving upon impact? PiPi became hesitant, and regretted climbing!
像穿裤子般地套上了绳束，束紧了皮带，专业攀岩教练一个八字结把攀岩绳结结实实地绑在皮皮身上的绳束。绳子延伸到墙顶一绕后的另一端则绑在教练的裤套上。现在皮皮和教练是一伙的了，双方除了要有默契外，更加要互相信任「尤其皮皮必须相信若失手从墙上坠落，教练在下面会将绳子拉紧，皮皮不至于落得粉身碎骨的局面」。
Our pants were fitted with harnesses and our belts were securely tightened. The professional rock climbing instructor attached a rope onto PiPi's harness. This rope then passed through an anchor at the top of the wall. The other end was held by the instructor as a belayer. Now PiPi and the instructor formed a team. Besides co-ordination, we must trust each other. (Should PiPi slip and fall, the instructor will definitely hold on to the rope, so that PiPi will not be crushed to the ground).
松一松筋骨，抖擞精神，皮皮尽量抓着凹口较大的石块。当右手伸展地抓着石块，右脚也提高地助右手一臂之力，愤地一蹬。左手紧接着伸展望更高处的石块抓去，皮皮就这样慢慢地攀高。起初皮皮以为攀爬必然像爬楼梯般毫无难度，结果不然。除了小石块的分布零散以外，越往高处的惧高感越强烈，何况皮皮可以依赖的就这么一条绳子。
After relaxing her nerves and warming up her muscles, PiPi started by holding onto bigger rock wherever possible. When her right hand reached out for a rock, her right foot also stepped on a supporting rock. Both her right hand and right leg then lifted her body upwards, so that her left hand can reach out for a higher rock. PiPi slowly made her way to the top of the wall. At first, PiPi thought the climb will be as easy as climbing a ladder. PiPi realized soon enough that she was wrong. The rocks were 'randomly' distributed. Fear of altitude grew as PiPi climbed higher. PiPi relied completely on a tiny rope.
抖个不停的双手再也无力往更高处攀爬了。皮皮频频听见教练的打气声，也听见他给的指示该抓上哪一个石块。可惜双手完全不听使唤，就像发了链条地抖抖抖。教练凭着经验，老早就知道像只壁虎一动不动的皮皮要掉下来了。教练将绳子拉紧，开始游说皮皮松开手了。皮皮固然知道总得坠落的，可是双手却不肯放开。在这么高处掉下去可不是开玩笑的。皮皮陷入了前所未有的窘境，拼命说服自己的双手放开。就在苦命挣扎的内心纠结，双手再也撑不下去了。。。 。。。
Both her hands were shaking and PiPi was unable to move on. The instructor encouraged and helped out by instructing which next rock to reach out for. Alas, PiPi's hands kept shaking beyond control. The experienced instructor knew that PiPi had stopped climbing and just stuck on the wall like a lizard, and PiPi will fall soon. The instructor held fast the rope and persuaded PiPi to let go. Although PiPi realized that letting go was unavoidable, yet her hands simply would not let go. It was certainly no joke to fall from such a great height. PiPi now faced an un-precedent dilemma. PiPi kept telling the hands to let go, and finally both hands could not sustain the grip anymore ... ...
啊。。。 。。。皮皮疯狂地尖叫 。。。 哦，这么没有感觉到坠落呢？原来绳子拉紧后就已经将皮皮固定着了。瞎紧张了，真的是正宗的惊死。嘻。
AAARRRR........ PiPi screamed and yelled ... Opps, why no sense of falling? Actually, the rope had been locked in position. Phew, it was a false alarm. Hehehe.
蜘蛛侠后续：如果有机会，好像要尝试户外攀岩。爬到高处眺望的风景，应该会很壮观。恐惧感更浓厚，刺激！！
Spiderman Part II: If there is another chance, PiPi would like to try out an outdoor rock climbing. The view from the top will be very majestic. The fear factor will be even greater. It will be a wild excitement!!
救命啊~~ Diver! Diver! Are you OK?
抵达码头时，天气晴朗，皮皮的心情也极为朗爽。
Upon arriving at the jetty, the weather was clear and PiPi's mood was cheerful.
退潮的水位让载客的船艇整齐地搁浅在码头旁。旅客也耐心地等候水位回升。绝大部分的旅客都是钓手，一支支钓杆好像高尔夫球杆似的有长有短。在等待的当儿，钓手们径自将钓杆装备起来。杆柄细又长，扶手粗粗地裹着手垫。把杆柄拴上扶手后，手握着扶手做势挑动以确定栓紧。这些钓手们心里是不是已经想象到大尾的鱼上钩了。就在水位已经撑起船艇，大家都整装待发之际，一颗颗剔透的雨水噼里啪啦地从天而降。
Low tide sea water level allowed the boats to park neatly alongside the jetty. Passengers waited patiently for the tide to rise. Most of them were here to fish. Their fishing rods were like the golf clubs: some were long and some were short. While waiting, they started assembling their fishing rods. Main bodies of the fishing rods were slender and long, and handles were sponge-coated. After each body and each handle were assembled, the fishing rod is shaken while the handle is held. In their minds, these anglers probably imagined a huge fish at the end of their lines. By the time the tide was in, everyone was ready to make a move. But crystal-clear raindrops started to fall from the sky.
由于海浪汹涌，船艇决定延迟出发。等待雨停的时刻有多么的无聊就不加以形容了。差不多让皮皮吃了碟椰浆饭，一碗咖喱面，再回到车里小阗片刻。断断续续地做了些让皮皮冒汗的梦。朦朦胧胧看见一丁掉入漩涡里，皮皮拉住一丁的手试图将他拉上来，结果一起坠入漩涡。。。感觉这好像是个不祥之兆。
In view of the choppy waves, boat captains decided to delay their departures. Needless to describe how boring it was to wait for the rain to stop. PiPi had a plate of nasi lemak and a bowl of curry mee. Afterward, PiPi took a short nap in the car. PiPi had a bad dream which made her sweaty:- Dimly PiPi saw Teddy falling into a whirlpool. PiPi tried to reach Teddy and pull him out. Both ended up falling together.... This was indeed a bad omen. 
等到太阳顶在头顶时，雨好不容易停了，浪涛可没有放缓。一路颠簸，昏昏沉沉地来到潜水中心。潦草地吃了顿午餐，漏夜驱车的倦意瞬间为之一振。一丁还嚷着要睡个午觉，皮皮已经迫不及待地换上潜水服催促一丁下水了。从岛上的小码头上，隐约看到好多小鱼群聚集在靠岸的船下。一丁摸姐似地在潜水眼镜上涂牙膏，将重磅放入潜水外套。皮皮跳入水里和鱼儿共泳，少了呼吸的嘈杂声，鱼儿更愿意贴近皮皮，皮皮也乐得享受这非一般的亲密接触。
When the sun was almost overhead, rain finally stopped, but the waves were still choppy. It was a long and bumpy ride from the jetty to the island. After a quick lunch, our fatigue vanished. Teddy was still feeling tired and wanted to have an afternoon nap. PiPi excitedly changed to her wetsuit and urged Teddy to go diving. At the jetty on the island, PiPi saw several schools of small fishes under the boats. Teddy sluggishly applied toothpaste on his mask, and put weights on his BCD. PiPi jumped into the water and swam among the fish. Not hearing the sound of the noisy breathing, fishes stayed close to PiPi, and PiPi enjoyed this extra-ordinary intimate contact.
摸姐一丁准备好后，皮皮回到小码头，背上沉重的氧气筒，与一丁一块儿巨人步伐地大步跨入海里。经过早上一场豪雨，海里能视度近乎半盲（不超过3米）。水里的暗涌也忽急忽缓。皮皮吃力地逆水游离小码头去参观潜水中心所建造的人工珊瑚，仿佛进入了海底游乐场。新起的人工珊瑚还没长大，看起来更像是裹了层灰尘。小不点的鱼儿已爱到这里觅食和躲猫猫。相对比较成熟的人工珊瑚自成一格，和大自然打成一片。甚至还有鱿鱼在里头怡然自得。
By the time Teddy got ready, PiPi was already back onto the jetty. Wearing heavy oxygen tanks on their backs, both took a giant leap into the water. After the morning rain, the underwater visibility was nearly gone (less than 3m). The underwater surge was swift and strong. It was quite difficult to swim away from the jetty. We visited the artificial reefs built by the dive centre. These reefs were so much like a playground. Newly built reefs were still young and looked like having a coat of dust on them. Tiny fishes loved to be there for food and playing hide-and-seek. Matured reefs blended in very well with this environment. Squids had their sweet moments there.
就在皮皮看得眼花缭乱时，一丁突然慌乱地游向皮皮，紧张地比了缺氧的手势后，皮皮还来不及做出任何反应时，一丁一手夺过了皮皮的呼吸器。一丁的异常把皮皮给吓坏了。一阵手忙脚乱，皮皮只好自己使用备用呼吸器。在和一丁做出一连串的手势后，突然一丁往上游。皮皮尽量拉着一丁维持适当的上潜速度，氧气管一回儿打折，一会儿因为上升速度不一致，整个呼吸器被扯出口。这样一番折腾，皮皮喝了不晓得多少口海水。
While PiPi was busy checking out things around, Teddy moved towards PiPi all of sudden. Teddy nervously showed the 'out of air' hand signal. Without waiting for PiPi to react, he grapped PiPi's regulator. Teddy's abnormal action scared PiPi so much. Panic, panic. PiPi had no choice but to use her alternate airsource. PiPi also gave Teddy a few signals. Teddy ignored PiPi and swam upwards. PiPi held on Teddy to maintain a reasonable ascending speed. The air tube became folded. Due to inconsistent ascending speeds, the mouth piece was pulled off. PiPi was forced to drink a few mouthful of sea water.
好不容易升至水面，一丁突然像泄了气的大轮胎。沉甸甸地预浮预沉。由于一丁的氧气已经用尽，皮皮被迫替一丁的潜水外套人口充气。当气充得差不多时一丁已背朝天地半浮在水界面。皮皮轻轻地地将一丁翻转过来，把一丁的潜水眼镜拿开后，一丁看起来听起来感觉起来：没有呼吸了！心里打了个寒颤，脑袋像是被人灌满了酒，乱昏。看着一丁逐渐苍白的面容，皮皮害怕地高喊救命。看到码头上的人，皮皮看到了希望。于是一边为一丁做人工呼吸，一边把一丁拉向岸上。汹涌的浪很不合作地阻止我们游向岸，紧紧咬着牙关，划动双手，踢动双脚，感觉双脚快抽筋了。也不晓得已经上气不接下气的人工呼吸有没有效用，皮皮心里一直求神保佑。
It was hard to reach the water surface. Teddy was like a punctured tyre without its air. Half-floating and half-sinking on the water surface. Since Teddy's tank was empty-of-air, PiPi had to orally inflate his BCD. When the BCD had enough air to hold Teddy up steadily on the surface, he was overturned with his face in the water. PiPi simply flipped him over, and took off his mask. By looking, listening and feeling: Teddy was not breathing!! Immediately PiPi felt a chill in her head, as if the head was intoxicated with alcohol, almost drunk. Staring at Teddy's pale face, PiPi was terrified and called for help. When PiPi saw peoples on the jetty, PiPi saw hopes. So, PiPi tried to pull Teddy to the shore while swimming. The annoying waves were not cooperative and prevented us from getting near to the shore. PiPi bite her teeth, moved the hands, kicked the fins and felt cramps in the legs. PiPi was praying eagerly in her heart.
来到浅岸，皮皮双手穿过一丁的膈肌窝，这块大轮胎重得快扯不动了。皮皮泄气地哭了起来。或许这么一哭，无名的忿力挤了出来，皮皮将不省人事的一丁拖了上岸。眼见一丁毫无反应，皮皮只好掌压一丁。不晓得位置对不对，不晓得力道够不够，皮皮疯婆似地呐喊‘胖子！起来啊！！！！！’或是人工呼吸奏效？或是音波功威震？一丁吐出满肚子的海水，微微地展开了眼睛。。。。。疯狂地爆笑起来。。。。。。
With an arm under Teddy's armpits, PiPi dragged the heavy "tyre" to the shore. PiPi started to cry. Cries boosted PiPi's strength and finally Teddy was dragged onto the dry land. By this time, there was no living sign from Teddy. PiPi pressed on his tummy. No sure if the position was correct; No sure if the strength was sufficient. PiPi screamed like a mad woman "FATTY!!! WAKE UP!!!" Perhaps, the pressing worked? Perhaps the screaming worked? Teddy vomitted the water and weakly opened his eyes....and bursted into crazy laughters... LOLOLOLOLOLOLO
爆笑？是的，皆因以上剧情纯粹拯救潜水员的考试所需。是的，皮皮正式成为拯救潜水员！
Joking? Yea, yea, the above was meant for rescue diver exam. Yea again, PiPi is now a qualified rescue diver!

瀑布果冻 Waterfall Pudding
地点/Location: Chiling Fall (21 kilometers from Kuala Kubu Bharu)
太阳公公起床咯。打开了窗口的帘幕，太阳公公对着窗外露出了灿烂的笑容，今天他起得早，心情好。
Grandda Sun had woke up. After opening the window curtain, he looked out and showed his glorious smile. Today, he was early and in a good mood.
瀑布的入口处位于徊迂的路旁，立着一个木色告示牌，清楚地写着Santuari Sungai Chiling。车子就停放入口处附近的一个垃圾箱旁。垃圾箱叮咛着进入瀑布的旅客必须完整地离开--即所有带进去的食物，即使变成垃圾依旧要带离瀑布。
At the waterfall entrance, there was, right beside the road, a wooden signboard, clearly stated "Santuari Sungai Chiling". Cars were parked next to a rubbish bin near the entrance. The rubbish bin reminded visitors that they must return as a whole, i.e. all food that were brought in, even though they became rubbish, must be brought away from the waterfall.
防晒油--喷雾式的涂抹在手脚上，脸部有另一枝专用涂膏；驱蚊油--唇膏式转动涂膏抹在手脚上。小爱积极地往身上每个部位一一涂抹。食物--葡萄，即食面，三明治，薯片，巧克力；饮料--矿泉水，橙汁，咖啡，小天谨慎地往背包一一点算。隐约听着瀑布的交响乐，皮皮提着轻快的脚步，一奔一跳地出发咯。
Sunblock oilment was sprayed on limbs, and was rubbed on faces; Mosquito repellent from lipsticks also was rubbed on limbs. Little Wei earnestly applied them everywhere on her body. As for food like grapes, instant noodles, sandwishes, potato chips, chocolates; drinks, mineral water, orange juice, coffee, Roger carefully placed them into the backpack. Hearing the faint waterfall music, PiPi proceeded with light steps in leaps and bounces.
小径两旁的树调皮地伸出一枝一枝树柄，挑逗着难得一见的旅客。皮皮礼貌地推开树柄，塑胶软鞋踩着泥泞路，发出吱吱声相当刺耳。当两旁的树越来越高挑时，瀑布声越来越响亮时，抵达的却只是一条小溪。这时，皮皮才知道必须横跨6条小溪，才会抵达瀑布。
Trees on both sides of the lane tickled visitors with their extended branches. Politely, PiPi pushed aside those branches. Plastic shoes on muddy lane produced some annoying sounds. As the trees became taller, and when the waterfall sound became louder, we reached a little stream. By this time, PiPi realised that six streams have to be crossed before reaching the waterfall.
由于昨晚下了一场雨，小溪最深处淹过腰部。开心的太阳公公温柔地向皮皮微笑着。即使太阳公公的笑容多么的热情，小溪的水还是像冰冻的果冻。水流忽急忽缓地，皮皮脚上的塑胶软鞋在滑溜溜的石头上走动显得非常勉强。皮皮弯低着身躯顶着背包，乌龟般地平衡着身体，战战兢兢地过小溪。衣裤湿透透自然在所难免，至少背包受到了龟壳式保护，里头的手机相机都乐得干爽。当过了第一条小溪，大家都湿透了。心里真希望能够快点抵达瀑布，湿个痛快。于是，接下来的五条小溪，大家轻松地湿着身体渡过了。
Because of a rainfall yesterday night, the deepest place in the stream had grown to a depth up to our waists. Although Grandda Sun was still smiling passionately, the water stream had turned cold like chilled pudding. Water flew with varying speeds. The rubber shoes that PiPi wore made walking on the slippery stones very difficult. Carrying a backpack on the back, PiPi tried to balance herself by bending down like a turtle, and crossed the stream gingerly. It was unavoidable that our cloths got wet. At least, her backpack was protected like the shell on the turtle. The camera and handphone inside were happily dry and safe. After crossing the first stream, we were soaked through. We were all eager to reach the waterfall soonest, so that we could clean ourselves comfortably. For the remaining five streams, we crossed with wet clothing.

看到瀑布时，皮皮第一时间扔下背包，往瀑布的怀里投奔去。瀑布的水很冰，当皮皮只剩下头露在水上时，活像一个花生果冻。
Upon seeing the waterfall, PiPi dropped the backpack in the first instance, and rushed into the embrace of the waterfall. The water was icy-cold. With only her head above the water, PiPi really looked like a Peanut Pudding.
当冰得冷颤打个不停时，皮皮就在水浅处的大石块懒洋洋地打起呼噜来。太阳公公乐得笑咧嘴，皮皮舒服地享受普照，聆听着瀑布的响亮乐曲。
Shivering in the cold, PiPi laid down on the big boulder stone at the swallow place and slumbered. Grandda Sun was laughing at her. PiPi enjoyed the comfort of sunshine while listening to the waterfall music.
蛋挞
蛋挞是我其中一个最爱~
但是我其实是不太会弄甜品的。。。上次吃过yee tong弄的蛋挞，这次他为了庆祝考试过关再弄一次给我吃Yeah~
以下是找来的recipe:

基本上就是准备皮和馅（听起来好像弄水饺酱:P）
皮：
皮，不是花生熊皮皮，而是装馅的皮，又或者可以叫它饼。其实跟黄梨饼的饼也是差不过，应该是同样的做法，下次做做看:p。
材料有什么呢？准确的分量你就要看上面提供的网站了，看起来大概是：
粉（这里要用低筋面粉：高低筋就是在于弹性上的差别。低筋面粉没有弹性甚至有点脆，适合做饼干之类的；高筋面粉很有弹性，适合弄面条之类的。）- 两个量米用的杯
牛油 - 很多咯！~差不多1/3到1/2盒。牛油记得要加热弄融，放微波炉还是什么。或者你用液状Magerine应该也是可以，而且比较健康。但是不要买固体状的Margarine哦~因为他们经过不天然的加氢，最后还是变成饱和脂肪。。。（讲课讲课）
蛋 - 半粒（不用讲，我知道你在想什么，很白痴加浪费对吧？我也是这么觉得:P）
糖 - 两汤匙左右吧~
盐 - 用手指捏一两小巴，看清楚啊~是手指，不是手掌！:P
白醋 - 一茶匙（我不知道为什么要，放一放咯）
水 - 两茶匙（我觉得有点少，4汤匙都可以）
就这样，揉啊揉，揉揉揉; row啊row,row啊row, row row row your boat。。。喂！回来~
然后这个样子，不知道对不对，好像不太对，但是还是可以吃。:P
然后就把它铺在模上面，像这样子。然后拿去烘20分钟。通常模是用铁做的，这个是silicon。看起来像plastic，你就很担心，会不会中毒啊？Silicon其实是（Si）硅，原子量14，元素周期表在碳(C）的下面，铝（Al）和磷（P）的中间......zzzZZZ
馅：
也就是中间甜甜的那个部分啦~在等我们的饼皮烘好和林博士讲课的时候，我们来准备中间的馅。
材料就是这些，但是请不要看下面的那些鸡，那些是做糯米鸡的鸡，不是拿来生蛋的鸡，不需要用到。
牛奶 - 一杯 （不要给人喝掉哦~）
糖 - 很多下，也是一杯。
水 - waiter,给我再来一杯！~（好像在酒吧喝酒酱:P）
蛋 - 我记得是一粒蛋再加一粒蛋黄。那蛋白呢？又要浪费了，拿来辅脸吧你要的话。还有之前的半粒蛋倒在这里应该没有问题的。什么？你倒掉了？还是吃掉了？那就算了吧:P。。。
Vanilla（香草）香精 - 一茶匙，或四五滴就好。我在想如果用pandan香精应该也不错一下，我超喜欢pandan味:P
搅在一起就变这样。在把它倒进烘好的饼皮里，再烘20分钟。
